Steps to reproduce
- Run
docker build... or another ncurses heavy command.
Expected Behavior
The cursor remains visibly steady.
Actual Behavior
The cursor rapidly disappears and reappears as the screen rewrites. If a block cursor is used, then it flickers wildly.
The refresh rate creates a flashing light pattern that I personally find annoying. Curious about the risk of seizures for some developers.
Does Windows Terminal use GPU acceleration like other emulators? I don't have this problem on macOS.
Cursor blink is disabled.
