1.22.5: `#cpp` in GitHub Copilot chat doesn't work with non-Insiders VS Code (Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'includes')

It works with Insiders VS Code and with 1.22.4 with non-Insiders VS Code (but 1.22.4 doesn't work with Insiders VS Code).
