With microsoft/vscode-docker#3642 we will be removing the ACI features from the Docker extension. They will be replaced with an option to deploy to Azure Container Apps.
Please hold off on merging this until our next release (Docker extension version 1.23.0), tentatively November-ish. Will be at the same time as #5488.
