Add a `Playlist` pane_type for viewing single playlist

Description

Hello and thank you for the software.
It would be great to have a new pane type that would display a single playlist.
This could be useful for having a "Favorites" pane for example.

Proposed solution

My idea would be to add a Playlist pane type that would take a playlist name/filename (eg: "!Favorites.m3u").
When visiting the tab, it simply displays the playlist's content.
If the specified playlist does not exist, rmpc creates it.

Wnat would such a pane look like though, the "traditional" three column browser does not really fit here. Also you say playlist, do you mean MPD's playlist(the one from playlists pane) or any other playlist that might be in your music directory?

MPD playlists was what I had in mind.

I see what you mean with the panes, this would probably require adding a whole new type of pane.
As an alternative, less fancy, but still working solution, the Playlists pane could be given an optional default playlist name to display when opening it.
And maybe even create that playlist if it does not exist.
