Standardize confirmartion dialogs

I frequently clear my queue and having the option to disable the pop-up would be much appreciated.

This is hard to do because I can't simply add confirmation boolean to the DeleteAll action in a backwards compatible manner/without breaking existing configs. See ron-rs/ron#576.

I would like to do this too just not sure about the correct solution yet because a global config option is not it imho.

What about having two different options? Something like having DeleteAll and DeleteAll-NoConf?

That is a solution but I really want to avoid adding "V2" for everything.

I have repurposed this to standardize all the confirmation dialog for destructive actions in rmpc. We should find a way to enable/disable all of the dialogs in rmpc, possibly with an ability to configure it per action.

This will most likely require breaking changes. Lets see where the lua goes first so we do most of the breaking changes in one fell swoop.
