Issue in setting up the MTC: Connection failed. Message: "Test connect failed. ", Reason: "ConnectFailed"

hi , i am trying to migrate the application on OCP3 to OCP4 & while i am trying to as the target cluster to the MTC , i am getting the below error

Connection failed. Message: "Test connect failed. ", Reason: "ConnectFailed"

i am following the official doc to set up MTC ,

@sakaul88 from this message I would assume the issue is the coordinates you entered for one of the cluster destinations is unreachable. You would want to begin to look at what you entered for coordinates (scheme/url/credentials/etc), further go into the pod running mig-controller and look to see if it's able to reach outside of your internal cluster to the external coordinates.

This sounds like an environmental issue with networking between your clusters.
