Allow GM/Player to make private Game Message to GM.

Overview

As a Player, I want to be able to create a private Message that only the GM can view.

As a GM, I want to be able to create a private Message that only "I" can view.

Requirements

Full message will be visible only to GM.
It will appear as ":User posted a private message" to players.
The Player that created the Message should be able to "edit" the message, but Quote should not be an available option.
While creating a Game Message, There should be an option to the allow the Player (or GM) to indicate the Message is a whisper.
This should be an option outside of the actual editor, ie. maybe as a checkbox (toggle) below the editor and above the submit button.
The option label should be: "Create Whisper Message (only viewable by GM)"

Questions

1. Need to figure out if this should be the entire post that is private or just implement a "spoiler" block that is hidden by default but could be "clicked" to reveal.
2. I think for v1 we can make the entire Message private. This is similar to the "whisper" feature within Roll20.
