Pull request overview
Updates the LICENSE.md “Required Notice” placement/content to better align with the PolyForm Noncommercial License notice requirement (plain-text lines beginning with Required Notice:).
Changes:
- Removed the “Required Notice” line from the top header area.
- Reintroduced the “Required Notice” line as its own separated section before the “WRITTEN OFFER”.
- Expanded the notice text to explicitly reference the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 terms.
