- Add pure WBC games to the schedule view.
- Also add a fallback to the team name from the API in case there truly isn't a team name for it. This happens for some of the WBC games in the future, e.g. "Pool A Winner".
There's some truly unknown WBC names, like "Pool A Winner" that doesn't show up in the teams endpoint. Fallback to the name in the api response for these.
