The API was only returning qualified players, which for Spring Training is very few. This changes the API query to return all players but sort by IP/AB first so qualified players are still prioritized.

The API was only returning regular season data for stats and standings. This adds a param to the API to fetch spring training data if the selected date is before the regular season starts.
