3.2.0 usergroup update error with french translation

Step to reproduce

Simply open the page

Observed behavior

problem in assets/modext/widgets/security/modx.grid.user.group.base.js
line 50 and 51 (singleText and pluralText)
The texts contains apostrophe

Expected behavior

MODX version 3.2.0, apache , Firefox or Chromium

This seems to be the same issue as #16823, where an apostrophe in a lexicon string breaks the manager GUI.

The source of the problem is most likely this line in the code,

revolution/manager/assets/modext/widgets/core/modx.grid.js

Line 54 in 372fedd

groupTextTpl: `{text} ({[values.rs.length]} {[values.rs.length > 1 ? '${config.pluralText || _('records')}' : '${config.singleText || _('record')}']})`

that generates a parsing error when config.pluralText or config.singleText contain an apostrophe.

A possible solution is to replace the line with

groupTextTpl: `{text} ({[values.rs.length]} {[values.rs.length > 1 ? '${config.pluralText.replace(/'/g, "'") || _('records')}' : '${config.singleText.replace(/'/g, "'") || _('record')}']})`
