USB type C identification failure

Problem

Both Monezor and Breakneck suffer power negotiation and thus fail (unless a non USB power source is used) with some computer hosts.

Suggestion

Load the CC (channel configuration) lines properly, to identify as a upstream facing port (peripheral) requiring power sink from the host.
