Windows 8.1/WinRT/XAML platforms do not use the search paths to load .TTF fonts. #298
The Font Loading routines are not using the CCContentManager to search and load .TTF files. This should be changed to use the CCContentManager to allow this functionality and bring in line with other platforms.
