What prevent us from using the newest HarfBuzz version? The recent version has a lot performance improvements. |

Nothing. I am just doing small jumps so I can do less work as I assume the small bump here probably has no api changes. |

Closing — this targeted HarfBuzz 8.4.0 but the v4 target is now 14.2.0 (#3686). A fresh PR will be needed for the larger version jump. |
