Arc drawing on circular phylogenies not working

Hi, I noticed that arc drawing on phylogenies doesn't fully work. It looks like only some OTUs will be labelled with an arc even though the mapping file includes colours for all the nodes.

Hey, yeah the arc drawing is currently buggy, sorry about that :( It's listed in the known issues but I do need it more apparent in the app. In fact, it may be moved to the beta-only Iroki site in the future.

There are cases where it works fine and others where it doesn't...if you could send me your input files for a case where it is not working that would be helpful in the future for when I can put more effort into the arc feature.
