Feature: Add Winget Support for Windows

As a Windows user, I was wondering if you would consider adding support for winget as an installation option. Windows Package Manager is widely used in the Windows developer community, and having Llama Swap available through it could make installation and updates much easier for Windows users.

If you’re looking into automations for winget from here,
vedantmgoyal9/winget-releaser would be the best option

Alternatively, I can track new releases externally, and just add it to my existing automation list for new updates

I already maintain a few packages on winget, and have a template setup to update github projects
So no changes are needed in here :>
