Should fog be distance from camera instead of distance from camera's zplane?

@mrdoob If you tessellate the ground geometry in the animation cloth example it will work, but that is a workaround. |

I should warn you, at least in my tests while it does seem to work it's different and lots of projects using fog will probably need to tweak their fog settings.
