Feature Request: add links to Toots in stats

thanks for this nice tool.

I just ran stats over my account and had some nostalgia moments. I really wanted to see the reaction to Toots that were shown in the stats.
However, there is no link and it seems there is no command line switch to show a link.

My solution was to search for words in those toots, which was anything but a comfortable solution.

I hope this hadn't been requested and rejected before, but i couldn't find it in the few issues here...

So, I'd like to request a possibility to include links to Toots in the stats. Can be a command line switch to turn on/off.

Scrum style: As a User, I want the stats to show a link to my Top stats Toots, so that i can view their context easily without having to manually search for them later.

PS: you could add links to most interacting other users profile, too.
