cache toots locally

Requesting all toots again everytime is not necessary and provides unnecessary load for the instance operator.

If already requested toots could be cached locally, only new toots would have to be queried. Also if you encounter rate limiting, this would be very sensible.

could this also run off of a downloaded backup .tar.gz from https://example.com/settings/export? that contains all toots anyway?
