Re-label new capo settings

The current labels for the new capo settings are confusing and not entirely accurate.

Proposed re-labelling:

• Affects playback only --> Notation/tab in open position
• Affects staff notation only --> Notation shows sounding pitches
• Affects tablature fingering only --> No transposition
