Mounting as read-only

I don't think you can mount the partition as ro in the newest release of chntpw. Not sure what the best way to go about this now would be. I just mounted it without the restriction and was careful.

While I was running sudo chntpw -e SYSTEM I got this error

chntpw version 1.00 140201, (c) Petter N Hagen
openHive(SYSTEM) failed: Read-only file system, trying read-only
openHive(): read error: : Read-only file system
chntpw: Unable to open/read a hive, exiting..

So I just copied the file to my temp using

sudo cp /mnt/windows/Windows/System32/config/SYSTEM /tmp/SYSTEM.hive
sudo chntpw -e /tmp/SYSTEM.hive

Then I just followed the instructions in the readme.

This should work fine since the script presumes Windows is already set up and then sets Linux to the same passcode, so we don't need to write to NTFS.

the instruction is use ro . Thanks for the script, even i haven't sucessfully use it.
we should adjust the readme and close this?
