On a side note, the KopernicusWatchDog is no more since Kopernicus-98, a few months after this issue being opened.

But I decided to implement it nevertheless, as I think this feature may be useful for some Planet Packs.

To test, shove this patch somewhere in the gamedata to remove Eeloo's flare:
