OpenMP issues with torch 1.13+ on macOS

macOS users are running into a compatibility issue between Faiss and Torch related to OpenMP. This has also affected the GitHub Actions build.

It would be great if a macOS user took a look at trying to figure out the root cause. See this comment for debugging ideas #498 (comment).

Note: The GitHub Actions build is currently pinned to torch==1.12.1.

This is still an issue, will have to wait and see if torch==1.13.1 fixes the regression
