[Bug]: Windows desktop sync conflict popup only shows "1%" instead of filename (Qt placeholder issue in Chinese localization) #9558

Bug description
When a file synchronization conflict occurs, the Windows desktop client's conflict notification popup (or conflict resolver dialog) only displays "1%" and does not show the actual conflicting filename at all.

Expected behavior
The popup should display something like "Conflict for file: example.txt" (or the localized Chinese version).
