1. Does the file /home/robertso/cloud.robertson.net.nz/apps/mail/composer/../vendor/autoload.php exist for your stetup?
2. Do you have sufficient free space on your disk(s)?
3. Mail 5.6.x should be the most recent release for 32. Did you install a v5.5.x manually?

I have downloaded and extracted the release. The file exists. You can check it here: https://github.com/nextcloud-releases/mail/releases/download/v5.5.15/mail-v5.5.15.tar.gz.
