App makes server unstable? #581

Steps to reproduce
- Create the same server configuration
- Navigate to the store page of the Client Push app
- Click Download and enable
Expected behaviour
It installs like announced in the Readme:

Actual behaviour
The app can't be installed with the warning
Error: This app cannot be enabled because it makes the server unstable
