Motivation

Replaces noctalia's Discord theme with Material.
Works with both native colorSchemes and matugen/new engine, in both dark and light theme.

Unfortunately, having to set the surface color manually instead of deriving it from accent color means all material themes are a bit less colorful.
Fortunately, the new color engine in vibrant mode does give back colored surfaces (see last screenshot).
