Right this PR should serve to combine the javas for intel and arm as adoptium now has there build available for the arm macs. Before this lands I will need to add a new |

ive had to back out the merging into adoptopenjdk builds for now untill a seperate arm binary is available (jenkins doesnt want to play ball with the universal binary) this can now be landed. |
