Visually distinguish Current from Active from Maintenance

A review of #7962 revealed a small opportunity.

makes these visual distinctions:

• Maintenance is Grey
• Current / LTS is Green
• Active is Blue

yet the table shows them all as green

Can we explore making this design language similar? I doubt we would change the SVG, so we should change the table.

Svg tool is not really maintained (under build/release wg) maybe transfer it to web like api doc tools
