This PR adds styles (to SCSS and LESS) for visually adjusting the vertical swiper navigation buttons.
It also adds navigation buttons to the vertical swiper demo page.
The approach adds very little additional CSS and re-uses everything, including the navigation button SVGs.
Closes #3592 (was automatically (incorrectly) closed due to staleness).
