[BUG] Last used field missing from token list command

This issue exists in the latest npm version

Current Behavior

The web interface has the "last used" field in the https://www.npmjs.com/settings/{username}/tokens/ page but the last used field is missing in npm token list from CLI. This probably requires an update to the API as it doesn't return that field, but I'm not sure where to open that ticket.

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

1. In this environment...
2. With this config...
3. Run '...'
4. See error...

if you're affected by this issue, the best avenue is to file a support request at https://www.npmjs.com/support where we can take action specific to your user account to see what's going on. I'm going to close this for now since it might not be a cli issue, but please reopen if you don't think that's the case

It's not just my account. The CLI will likely need to be updated after the APIs get updated.
