Reference to OLD advisor.js in antidote-web

nre-hugo-theme/layouts/partials/scripts.html with a reference to the old advisor.js component in antidote-web needs to get fixed. I tried updating this to a reference to the appropriate control in antidote-ui-components and ran into issues. I am assuming this was kept as a static reference to an old commit because of this.
