Consider adding list of Hubs deployments

Currently this repo is intended to be a list of Hubs Rooms. This issue is to consider adding a separate list of Hubs deployments, as suggested by (@msub2)[https://github.com/msub2] in a prior issue.

The options I have identified are as follows:

• Implement the request.
• Table the request for now, but keep it open for future consideration.
• Reject the request, but invite others to fork the repo for this purpose.
