Have top section of the page stay visible when scrolling down.

Describe the enhancement you'd like

If the top section marked in red stayed visible when scrolling down it would be a lot easier if you for example marked files lower down on the page and wanted to use the "Move selected..." buttons or change the sort order of certain files.
