Fixed German translation of VirusTotal option

Fixed German translation of VirusTotal option and made the first preferences option more fitting into the UI.

Also I noticed that some labels and buttons in the preferences are too short and cut of the string.

I've also adjusted the UI, so the German localizations aren't truncated. (Though let me know if I missed any!)

Thank you - If the screenshot shows the new UI:
It should display Kein-Satussymbol-Modus instead of Kein-Satussymbol-Mo and alsoKein VirusTotal-Modus instead of Kein VirusTotal-Modu

Also for consistency in the translation, there should be an other hyphen in the VirusTotal Option title so it should be: Kein-VirusTotal-Modus
