[IMP] Events: Create Events Dashboard page

Goal
To update 17.0 Events documentation to 18.0+ as well as improve information architecture for clarity.

Changes
Restructuring the Events documentation + updated screenshots + minor style edits:

• Moved Events dashboard section from 'Events' page into separate 'Events dashboard' page
• Added new card linking to new topic in 'Events' page
• Updated screenshots for 18.0 in new 'Events dashboard' page
• Updated image ALT descriptions for correctness
• Minor style edits

Version Scope
This 18.0 PR can be FWP up to master.

Kai identified structural issues in the Event main page. The issue is that it's getting too technical and "in the weeds" on settings when a landing page like this one functions to give readers a high level idea of what the app can do for them, and links them to relevant docs.

over the course of article updates in the Events scope, we will slowly take parts of this main doc out, and we'll keep this here so all this info is available for reference, and come back to this PR later
