Scripts WITHOUT a `.ysh` extension do not get detected as ysh

Hi,

Thanks for providing this, it's very useful.

I have a script with a ysh shebang but no .ysh extension and the plugin fails to recognise it. It'd be great if the extension would detect shebangs as well, so I don't have to force the filetype in vim.
