Can we choose to set the login url escaped ?

when we access te /accounts/login and make a login redirect

&redirect_uri=http://xxx.aaa.com/complete/weibo/

what i need is to escape the value of redirect_uri to

http%3A%2F%2Fxxx.aaa.com%2Fcomplete%2Fweibo%2F

The URL should be encoded https://github.com/omab/python-social-auth/blob/master/social/backends/oauth.py#L262-L265, auth_params() returns the redirect_uri value.
