mongoengine should support USERNAME_FIELD ?

The mongoengine backend does not handle the username field like the default django impl.

Is there a reason for such behavior ?

username_max_length function in https://github.com/omab/python-social-auth/blob/master/social/apps/django_app/me/models.py#L73 should be replaced with :

    def username_max_length(cls):
        username_field = cls.username_field()
        field = UserSocialAuth.user_model()._meta.get_field(username_field)
        return field.max_length

I think mongoengine does't have a _meta.get_field(...), are you able to patch your copy of python-social-auth and test this code instead (or your code too)?
