MendeleyOAuth2 does not require REDIRECT_STATE

Is the change really needed? It breaks the auth process? If it does I'll disable the custom state parameter.

It seems that it is needed, yes. Otherwise you get an error about the redirect_uri not matching. I see other backends seem to do the same thing (reddit, behance, dropbox, stripe, google, jawbone, douban, amazon, yandex, coinbase, weibo, soundcloud, angel).

Yes, it's not unusual, I'll switch it off, Medeley changed their API recently, so that might be involved.
