Why is this needed?

I was looking for SGLang Helm chart for a while. Even ChatGPT said no helm chart until I found this repo.

I've submitted a PR to address this: #577

The PR adds artifacthub-repo.yml at the repository root, which is the metadata file Artifact Hub requires to discover and index helm charts from a Git repository.

After merging, a maintainer will need to:

1. Register the repository on Artifact Hub pointing to the charts/ directory
2. Update repositoryID in the file with the ID assigned by Artifact Hub
3. Ensure the owners email matches the registering Artifact Hub account
