feat: add interactive prompt selection

Summary

• add an interactive .af file picker to af gen prompts when the command runs in a TTY without an explicit --dir
• keep non-interactive and explicit-directory runs unchanged so scripts still recurse normally
• cover the new selection flow with tests for prompt gating, subset selection, blank-all selection, and invalid input

• go test ./...
