Raised AttributeError when run "datum prune" command without having additional argurment

when run "datum prune" on the virtualenv that have installed datumaro, AttributeError was raised.
expected result is to getting some usage help message as same with other commands.

this issue was found from the fuzz testing to the datumaro CLI.
