Adding an option to make annotations lazy: DatasetItem can now receive a function which returns annotations. Making transforms lazy. Items can now be iterated without parsing annotations. Turning on streaming import for YOLO. Adding tests to make sure that all streaming importers are actually streaming and have lazy annotations
