Description

This PR brings the following changes - )

1. Split Installer as Pre-Installer and Installer logic for Kind/Coder setup
2. Gitea Helm installation as part of Orch installer only on AO Component Enabled
3. On-Prem installer AO Component enabled flag for Gitea
