PR Description
Utilize the existing RuntimeConfig setup to configure different MFEs on/off. The values flow down from
apps/root/deploy/values.yaml. More info here - https://github.com/open-edge-platform/edge-manageability-framework/blob/main/design-proposals/ui-composability.md.This PR also hides individual App Orch elements when the MFE is disabled.
