Probably, this one should be retargeted to 1.5 (if it's not there yet). Later, a back merge 1.5 -> develop is expected. @chuneuny-emily @yunchu is my understanding correct?

I think it's for the bug fix to 1.4, you don't need to copy the PR for develop. once #2618 is merged, it can be merged back to 1.5 as well as develop.
