Ensure consistency between `messaging.operation` and `db.operation`

There are efforts to turn the db.operation attribute into a namespace, there is the related PR #875.

Depending on the solution found for database semantic conventions, we'd need to revisit the existing solution for messaging and strive for a consistent operation attribute or namespace across areas.
