Extensive UI flickering when codex is working

What issue are you seeing?

The ui flickers a lot while codex is working. Sharing a video.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I did nothing special, just using it for a while introduces this issue.

It especially blinks a lot with the diff panel open.

I've started getting this behavior recently as well. Most recently confirmed with version 26.409.20454 (1462)
