Video preview while moving the cursor

When i move the cursor in the timeline i don't see a video preview until i release it. I like to have a video preview while moving the cursor.

This was fixed by #309, although it may take up to a second for the video to reflect the new cursor position (needs to fetch a new, non-buffered chunk from the server).
